Walid Nasserdeen is the founder and CEO of W.NDeen Advisory, a fractional operations firm helping CPG brands eliminate stockouts, optimize inventory, and scale through world-class demand planning and S&OP execution. With over 15 years of experience in finance and operations leadership, Walid has worked with legacy companies as well as dozens of high-growth consumer brands across the U.S.
Before founding W.NDeen Advisory, he led operations and forecasting at several venture-backed companies and co-manufacturing ventures, where his planning strategies helped drive multimillion-dollar turnarounds and scale-ups.
In June of 2025, Walid released his first book, Mind Your Business, which quickly became an Amazon Best Seller across multiple categories, including Business Operations and Forecasting. It is now one of the foundations for his workshops, keynotes, and advisory framework.
Walid’s mission is to make operational excellence accessible to underdog brands, especially those overlooked by traditional consulting firms. He believes in building trust through radical honesty, elevating execution through systems, and helping businesses turn chaos into clarity. His growing audience of founders and operators follows him for insights on supply chain strategy, planning systems, and sustainable scale.
